Lorenzo Cipriani was born in Milan, 2nd May of 1966. 

Prior to joining Progress Bank, Mr. Lorenzo Cipriani has worked in Banca Intesa San Paolo (Investiment Banking) as a vice assistant of managing Director of fixed income and equity markets; In ING Bank N.V. as a senior sales of fixed income, emerging markets, derivatives & structured products Govies and options market; Head of sales in retail market distribution and Agencies of Monte dei Paschi Bank Equity derivatives & structured products, primary market and Bonds Created Bloomber trading system on Italian Market; Cantor Fitzgerald Ltd – broker on bonds and govies markets; Dresdner Bank AG – trader in govt bonds and derivatives; Unicredito Bank – relation clients manager. 

He has Degree in Economy and Commerce.

Kakha Kaladze is professional sportsman playing for AC Milan and Georgian National Football Team.

In parallel with his football career Mr. Kaladze also has successful investments that cover Italy, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Georgia - his homeland, where Kala Capital, international holding company was founded and headquartered. 

Mr. Kaladze is also founder of Kala Foundation - Milan based international charity fund that aims to support children at the early stages of their educational development.
